“Two r’s, two l’s: that’s how Grace Merrill makes sure you don’t forget how to spell her last name when she’s introducing herself on stage, but you won’t need the reminder. There’s only one Grace Merrill and she’s pretty damn hard to forget. An Oklahoma native, Merrill has found her niche in Nashville, having gathered exceptional musicians to help her bring her unique rock sound to life at famous venues like The End and The Underdog. Two shredding guitarists, a smooth bassist and a prolific drummer complete the quintet you simply can’t look away from: synchronized movement, free-flowing energy and tight-knit sounds emanate from the stages this band has graced. Merrill herself is unassuming in jeans, black t-shirts and scuffed sneakers, but don’t be fooled; when she opens her mouth to sing, pure rock and roll comes out in clear, emotional tones that have brought audiences to standing ovations. With one EP and two singles already released and much more music on the way, Merrill is making her mark in music city, one show at a time, and at this rate it won’t be long before he powerful vocals, classic yet progressive sound and killer band take over this town’s rock scene.”
